I want to tell you how the San Diego real estate market is doing, specifically here in Carmel Valley. Zip code 92130.Well, I looked at the data. I compared July 2022 versus July 2023, and I noticed that our median sales price has come down by 5%.We have 19% more homes on the market, and we have 29% less closings. And I looked at the data a little bit further back, and I noticed Q4 2022 is where the market has bottomed and the prices were the lowest. And since then, I noticed the prices have gone up since February, and now we’re seeing the prices more flattening.
