Definitely seeing more buyers activity. More buyers are going out to look at homes, and we are even seeing multiple offers on some homes. And this could be directly related to the interest rates that are dropping. Well, if you’re a buyer, just like many other buyers who wanted to time the market exactly to buy it at the bottom of the market. Looking at the numbers, it’s showing us that the bottom of the market has already passed. It was que for 2022, and you are buyer. You should definitely consider looking at homes right now before we get into the spring market because you may not be able to negotiate as much as you could have last quarter.
