We are seeing more homes on the market, so congratulations to the buyer so that you can go out and look at more choices. I am seeing houses not selling as fast as before, which is really a nice relief because the buyers are able to look at the property, think about it, and make a decision versus being rushed like a couple of months ago. And also, I am seeing a little bit drop on our average price. Our average price had dropped by about 2% if you compare May of this year versus April.
