The Bougainvillea Neighborhood in the Del Mar Mesa area of Carmel Valley, San Diego is a gated community of 60 semi-custom homes built in the early 2000’s by Davidson Communities. Bougainvillea is divided into three sections. The first section consists of 16 homes and is located by Elizabeth Rabbit Neighborhood Park. Shopping and dining are all a short drive away at Pacific Highlands Ranch Town Center and a bit further away at One Paseo and Del Mar Highlands Town Center. The beaches of Del Mar and Torrey Pines are within five miles of Bougainvillea. Additionally, residents are close to The Fairmont Grand Del Mar and Michelin-starred restaurant, Addison.
