I get this question a lot. Is it a good time to buy right now?
And I always tell my client any market, it really depends on you. If you have the down payment necessary to buy your house and it is the right time for you to buy. Don’t wait longer. And you really have to think about your home purchase more as a long term goal. Because if you keep your house, let’s say, for 7 to 10 years, it doesn’t matter if the market is going to go up and down or down, you are going to see appreciation in uh in the value of your house.
