Pell Place Condos consists of a gated 4 story complex of 316 units built in 2006. It is located between El Camino Real and Carmel Country Road immediately south of Pell Place (the street). Pell Place is bordered by Carmel Valley Recreation Center to the west, Solana Pacific Elementary School to the north and Carmel Valley Middle School to the south.
