The Whitehorse Neighborhood in the Del Mar Mesa area of Carmel Valley, San Diego is a community of 17 semi-custom homes built in the mid 2000’s by Barrat American. The beaches of Del Mar and Torrey Pines are within five miles of Whitehorse. Additionally, residents are close to The Fairmont Grand Del Mar which boasts the Michelin-starred restaurant, Addison.
