We’re seeing around 6.5 to 7% right now, but we are hopeful that next year we’re going to have lower interest rates.
We’re predicting if the interest rates drop below 6%, let’s say 5.8, it’s going to be a great year because it’s going to attract more buyers in the market. And typically the year after election is well known to be a great year for a real estate market.
