3 Stages of Negotiation in a Home Sale

  1. Sales Price – this is what was initially agreed between buyer and seller in regards to the sales price.
  2. Inspection and repair – after the home inspection, there’s going to be further negotiation between buyer and seller in regards to inspection repairs or credits.
  3. Appraisal – sometimes there’s going to be further negotiation between buyer and seller if the property does not appraise at the agreed sales price.
