    This quiet and serene area serves as a passage between the north and south trails leading to the opposite sides of the waterfall. Carson’s Crossing is a wonderful spot for family-friendly hikes and outdoor activities, and it closes at 10 PM.
  7. Tunnel 4
    Located in the Del Mar Mesa Preserve, Tunnel 4 stands out as one of the few surviving tunnel trails in the area. The trail offers a moderate difficulty level, making it suitable for both hikers and bikers. It provides a unique experience as it winds through a dense scrub oak, creating a captivating environment for outdoor enthusiasts.
