Notice some properties are selling off the market. These sellers are losing money. They’re leaving money on the table because they did not show their home to all available buyers. If you are a seller, if you’re thinking of selling your house, you want to make sure you market your property at least for a week. That way, all available buyers, including buyers who are coming from out of town to San Diego to look at a property, they get a chance to see your property, and that’s how you get the high the sales price for your house.
